Shipping and delivery policy
CiteGaps is software delivered online. Nothing is shipped, there are no shipping charges, and there is nothing to collect. This page explains when you get access to what you sign up or pay for.
Access after sign-up
Your account is ready as soon as you create it. You can run a free check, create a workspace and review your questions straight away. The 7-day free trial starts when you create your first workspace.
Access after payment
A paid plan is active as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute of paying. Its limits (questions, engines, drafts and workspaces) apply to your workspaces at once, and a receipt is emailed to the address on your account.
If your plan is not active within one hour of a successful payment, email us with the payment ID from your receipt and we will put it right.
Delivery of results
- First results: the first check starts when you approve your questions. Most results appear within an hour.
- Weekly checks: run automatically every Monday for each active workspace.
- Weekly reports: sent by email to the address on your account and kept in your dashboard as a PDF.
- Drafts: written on request in the app and shown there within a minute or two.
All results are delivered in the CiteGaps app and by email. You can use CiteGaps from anywhere with an internet connection and a current web browser.
