About
Does AI recommend you? CiteGaps answers that every week.
Buyers now ask AI assistants which product or provider to choose. CiteGaps shows whether those answers name your brand, who they name instead, and what to publish to change it.
What CiteGaps does
Each week CiteGaps asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overview the questions your buyers ask, as a buyer in your chosen country would see them. It records which brands each answer names, in what order, and which websites it cites as sources.
From that it shows your share of answers against each competitor, the sources the engines trust, and a short list of fixes, such as a missing directory profile or a comparison page, with a first draft you can edit and publish.
Why weekly
AI answers change from one session to the next, so a single answer is a snapshot, not a score. Asking the same questions every week shows the real trend and whether your changes are working.
How the answers are collected
Answers come from the engines themselves and are stored as they were given. CiteGaps does not edit them, and it does not promise any ranking: nobody controls what an AI engine says. What it gives you is an accurate picture and a clear next step.
Who runs CiteGaps
CiteGaps is built and run by Mallikharjun, an individual sole proprietor. Questions about the product, your account or billing go to support@citegaps.com and are answered by a person.
